I don’t usually post anything about beauty or makeup, but I do enjoy skincare. These are the products that I’ve used many times and highly approve of.
Micellar Cleansing Water: This makes washing your face super easy, because you don’t need water or to rinse your face after using. I use the kind that removes waterproof makeup. It really gets everything (dirt, makeup, and all) off of your face in seconds.
Neutrogena Naturals Purifying Face Wash: I used this every day for many years, and only recently moved on to something else. It cleared up my face and it only uses natural ingredients.
Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser: I tried a bottle of this and used the whole thing, but don’t think that I would spend $18 on it again. Washing your face with a non-lathering gel does feel unnatural, but it did clear my skin. The main issue I had was that it did not remove waterproof makeup.
CSI Rose Hip Cleanser: I discovered this on a list of “the best natural face washes”. I’ve been using this face wash for the past month and I love it. It smells AMAZING and only contains about four all-natural ingredients. Plus, it removes most makeup.
Lush Celestial: I use this in the winter when I get really dry skin. It is basically the only thing that my skin can successfully absorb when it gets cold and dry outside.
Cerave PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion: This is what I normally put on at night when I’m not dealing with super-dry winter skin. It’s great for just plain old regular dry skin.
Freeman’s Avocado and Clay: You might overlook those Freeman’s masks that sit on the bottom shelf of the face care aisle at CVS, but this one is a steal. I always have a tube of this in the bathroom. The clay works to remove and prevent acne.
Lush: BB Seaweed: It might seem gross to spread seaweed on your face, but it does a wonderful job of soothing, calming, and moisturizing skin.
